I joined 8ta beginning of September. I was informed my packaged included unlimited text messages and calls to 1 landline for free. I have 2 sim cards using the same package.
At the end of September I noticed my multi sim was being charged for 'free' text messaging and my free minutes where being used every time I call my ' free' landline number.
It has been weeks of calling them almost everyday!!! NOTHING gets done. I keep opening new cases and they get closed without being resolved. 8ta is in breach of their contract with me. I am not receiving the full services that I pay for. They are charging me for what is meant to be free services and they do NOTHING to fix the problems. Its a joke! Its not right what they are doing! Do not let them sell you any of their amazing deals, they are all a hoax and you get charged!!!
