Call Centre - Disappointing Service for long time

So here goes i have been a long time customer of Autopage. they couldnt move my debit order date. It reflected that i was in arrears and got nasty emails. Nevertheless i changed it back to suit them. Now they mess up my account. Ref A10306071549 and i am claiming back all data cost that could have been avoided inclusive of Vat. Still not claiming my entire bill to be reasonable. so please be reasonable at refund R2625.34. into the account that you do the debit order from. Its very simple to cancel a line to unpaid account or itc list on high bills so lets see if its easy to refund just like that.
