I Have a Cell C contract and since June 2012 I have been trying to put a limit on the call usage. This continuous request has been bluntly ignored but the bill just keeps rolling in. My most recent call was to the Call Centre where I spoke to Nteboheng on 14/12/12 at 14:30 once again requesting the limit to be set and since that was not done we went to the Cell C shop in Cresta JHB. What is the use of a Call Centre and Shops if nothing gets done? The accounts department are very quick to call and even threaten to suspend servises but not to do as requested. Who can fix this situation for me?
