Non delivery of my samsung tab 3 units

I applied for 2 samsung tab3 units with the hatfield plaza branch and this was approved, it has been two weeks now and im continuosly told there have no stock, is this how telkom operates, i needed those gadgets as presents and now that's affecting my reputation. i now don't understand if they are committed to delivering, i am so dissappointed Peter please assist me,
