My contract changed???

Ever since I got my BB9320 I've had problems! It's been for software upgrades twice, repaired once, I've been to the store in Century City more times I can remember to "fix" my bbm and resolve the issue with this Get It service! I have this phone for less than a year but I'm fed up! I want my contract cancelled! When I started this contract it had the BIS included and I had to pay R140, now the BIS has been removed, not by me, and I pay over R200 a month! What is going on with Cell C?? I want this contract terminated and I want to be reimbursed all the extra money I paid!!!
