Altech has cut my phone off Because i have apparently Exceeded my limit, when i call the accounts department i am told that i have used 900min in 17 days??? my contact includes 400min per month which i never exceed, according to my call log on my S4 i have only made 54hours of calls to date, now they claim i have made 15hours of calls in 17 days!! then i ask to escalate this and i get told i must wait till the 1st to request a bill, or register on "my Account" that does not even work, so what do i do now? Close business? stop servicing my clients? I HONESTLY should have stayed with VODACOM, yes they are more expensive but id rather pay than to sit with this!!!
