If a cellphone don't work and it's a Sony product. Why don't you ship it back to wherever and sink the boat. Why return broken non functional phones to the owners and then tell them "you have to bring it back more than three (3) times to have it replaced with new???
Man!!! How bad can this be. Sony phones and Cell C stinks with this policy. Lets close it down. Return it 3 times and after a year or two it's not their problem anymore.
Money back and put your phone where it will smell as bad as your service and product.
