What is the point of having a department for lost and phones when the telephone number you supply doesnt even work? Then it takes over an hour to get through? After getting my phone yesterday i had to call from THREE different phones and eventually with many thanks to some dedicated staff they had to call me back because YOUR systems are (for lack of a better word)! If it wasnt for your customer service you would be useless. So i thank them but i am rather going to go back to VODACOM i cannot deal with this rubbish.
