Hello,
My BIS expired two days ago, but after loading airtime and reactivating it yesterday I still cannot browse on my BlackBerry. My R30 for the Social and Email plan was deducted from my account and I can see the four dots beside the 3G sign indicating that I have BIS on, yet I cannot browse. Instead I am taken to the 8ta Out of Bundle page each time I try to browse.
I have tried registering on the HRT and battery pulling so many times to no avail! Please investigate.
