Since I opened my business account did I have problems. I paid for services that I did not receive and they cannot sort out my internet. I run a business very depending on servicing my clients over the internet and I have NO internet for 4 weeks now. I have requested my account to cancelled but it's been 2 weeks since I cancelled it and MWeb still did not give the ADLS line management back to Telkom so I cannot get another supplier.
