Vodacom is becoming more useless every day

Vodacom installed a 3G booster antenna at my previous home after having to complain to the board, I then contacted Vodacom to inform them I am moving and if they would like it they need to come collect the booster antenna, I followed this up in writing too. No response, after cancelling my data contract due to ridiculous fees (1.5gb for over R300 per month) they then phoned me month later, to try and arrange collection after I had already moved. Now one of my contracts has some strange data usage so I phone the call centre knowing I do not have itemised billing on the account to request it and after answering many questions to confirm I am who I claim to be I explain I understand it's not activated and I'm willing to pay for it, I'm told I need to write a letter to basically justify why I want it. I want it because I'm your client and your my service provider, I already verified who I am and this is sufficient if I wanted any additional items you would charge me for. Your Website also states I need to register again to use your single log in but it gives me an error message. I am your client and every day you more for more money. As I can I move to Nashua
