On the 15th of July 2013 I phoned MTN to get a final settlement figure on my cell phone contract as I was emigrating, and was told that it would be emailed to me as the lines were down. I did not receive an email before leaving South Africa, and would like to finalise this account before my bank account is closed. My attempts at contacting MTN by email have been unsuccessful, and it appears that the only way to contact them is by phone, which I am not prepared to do from Australia. All I want to do is make my account paid up, but it is impossible to contact this company.
