The appalling service I have received from MTN with a matter dating back to Aug 3. 2013. I have emailed, twittered to MTN yet I have no resolution. All I have is either a reference number of some automated response or a promise that someone will call me and to date I have had no resolution instead an upgrade that I immediately cancelled has been approved, my account is being charged I have actually resorted to my kids not using their phones anymore since MTN is being irresponsible and none responsive on my issue. I have spoken and emailed both Jayson Koopman and Helen Sigala at Microzone and MTN Customer care reference number 7056528 promises no delivery. My contact details are 083 343 9698 or [Email Removed]
