Debit Order Withdrawel

I have 3 accounts with Autopage. I changed banks 5 months ago. For the first 3 months there was no problem. For the last two months 2 my debit orders that control my two daughters cell phones have not been withdrawn thus putting the phones on hold.
I called in the first time this occured and they rectified it My daughters were still without the use of their phones for 24 hours. They said all was in order and that this would not occur again. NOT SO!!! It happened this month again. What I cannot understand is that all was well with my new particulars for the first 3 months and then only did the problem occur.
This time it occured on a Thursday and my daughters have been without their phones for the whole weekend and this being Monday have still no network coverage.
They say they have fixed the problem but who is to say that I dont sit with the same problem next months.
For a large organisation like this I think this I it is pathetic!!
