My data account has been frozen for no reason

I've received am sms indicating that my data is depleted and my data account paused. This is impossible because I had 10gigs loaded on the 1st of October. I have not been able to do any work all day because of this and the call centre refused to help my husband. I cannot call from the number because it is a data SIM so how am I supposed to get this sorted out?
