Total Rippoff

Hi

Im complaining on behalf of my neighbour Angeline Green. she has a contract with Cell c and has to pay in a Nedbank acc. Her contract is only for the amount of R87.00 but every month she pays in R100 and each and every month when she gets her bill she owns them money because apparently they dont get the payment.
She has phoned them on many occasions re: her situation but to no avail... so people let me tell you this Cell c is a rippoff and i've heard complains by a lot of people with different issues...
