My Blackberry was acting up yesterday. I took it in to the Cell C store in Hermanus where the friendliest staff helped me. While there was remedy for my phone, they had a great attitude about my situation.
I decided to take the battery of the phone out overnight, and as Blackberries do, it repaired itself magically.
But, this morning, my emails and internet services were still not working.
I phoned the Cell C call center about 4 or five times, even once speaking to the same operator twice, and each time they were helpful and efficient. Each time I got closer and closer to resolving my problem and now, my phone works again.
