Lack of customer service and bad attitude

Ive been calling the call centre trying to get help with regards to the billing on my account and all i get is abd attitude. this company says i owe them but they never notified me that my account is in arreas whn ever i request a statement they say they r sending it but thanks to Bongani Mahlangu i did get and all d other with mood swings should be fired and i dnt want the contract anymore why should i go to the shop whn i took the contarct over the phone some of us dnt have the luxury of time.
