About two/three months back my husband went to 8ta in Promenade to purchase airtime for a bundle. He was given bad attitude by a female sales representative when he asked assistance. She was disrespectful and blatantly rude in her addressing him.
He unfortunately did not get her name but will be able to point her out. Fortunately he was just not in the mood that day to address her attitude and left it to be taken up in manner of this correspondence.
i find it utterly appalling that this representative of the company has no customer service ethic and am sure that my husband was and is not the only customer she treats in such a disgraceful manner.
