I recently had an incident where a rude person from accounts called and sent me emails that I need to pay an outstanding amount or else they will put my name in bad records. I was surprised because I terminated my service with Telkom 2 months before the call/message.
So i called her back and she was rude in that I need to make a plan and pay this. I called customer care and the lady that took my call was so helpful and understanding and managed to fix this issue and reverse the funds. I have never spoken to such a helpful person in Telkom. THANK U
