I contacted Afrihost on the 27th of August to sign up for one of their packages, they lady with whom i spoke said usually in jo'burg it would take 5 days. but could take UP TO 14 days. 20 odd days later they said UP to 28days but my line looks active i should try connect, when it did not connect back to the please be patient. the 29days elapse and I'm told UP TO 30 days were now on 31 days and I'm told please be patience it can take up to 30 days... they have not bothered to ask telkom if there is a problem?
and all i can be offered is apologies for any inconvenience cause please be patient.
