I applied for a 2meg line contract on the 17th Sep 2013. I asked openweb / Leon Withersall to have my line upgraded from 1meg to 2meg. He said I had to contact Telkom who rightly confirmed that the ISP is responsible for the upgrade. However Leon insisted I contact Telkom (I have this on email). ...
