I took a contract with Vodacom Direct for a Smart 120. I was told it is R129 for the contract R89 for the device, and I agreed to it. I then got billed R450 per month. I have called numerous times, logged queries and told they will get back to me. It is almost two years later and I still cannot get this solved!!! An ellusive Jacqui Carolus (Service manager) has been avoiding me from the first query! WHAT DO I DO???
