How can MTN remew an expired 2 year contract and start billing for the same service at more than double the contract price without any notice to the customer. When querying this with MTN the response was "read the fine print" in your contract of two years ago. Should a customer not be notified at least before increasing his bill. I receive a statement every month and no notice was given of any change at all...
Now they offer me the same contract at 2/3rds the original contract. Surely they could have gone the cheaper root and not the other way from the start and everyone is happy.
