Bad service and wrong feedback

I took my Blackberry phone for repair at Vodacom Eastgate as the screen was turning white sometime and be fine. I showed the lady whom i submitted the phone that the screen fades sometimes and goes back to normal which is irritating. Only a few days later i got an sms saying the phone has liquid damage, which i have never expose it to any liqid, saying i have to pay R1140.00. Therefore requested to cancell the request coz cant afford that much. Surprisingly when i went to collect it yesterday 24/09/2013 i asked the lady there to show me what indicates liquid on the phone but was told this one is inside the phone only the detector machine can tell.By then i tested the phone, it now goes blank not even anything shows, when i asked why they told me that the phone was going to be blank regardless. I see they did something on it as it was switching on by the time i submitted it as they also did data back up. I bought this phone last year November, not even a year old but they say 24months guarantee. The ladies were also rude
