Because Cell C take no notice of their client's request and continue sending promotional sms's everyday even though we have opted out many times. It seems that once you opt out they then have all your details and send you even more unwarranted and unwanted sms's... we have opted out many times and still they persist -
These sms's are not only a nuisance but an imposition on our privacy.
