Hi, i just want to get the problem with my account sorted out since reginald said he will investifate the matter and call me back on the 03/09/2013 till now I'm still waiting for his call. i've sent him e-mails he doesnt come back back to me doesnt even acknowledge my e-mail. I cannot beleive i got a service like this from vodacom a company that claims to be putting smiles on their customers.
I promise you I will not be liable for any amount that just pops up after i've paid up my account and received a confirmation letter, this is my credit record you guys are playing with and i wont accept that. So can someone who knows his job contact me so we can resolve this.
