I am a existing customer with cell c. I just went in 2get a phone contract as they already have all my details etc. I get asked some security questions from 8years ago! Which how the am I supposed 2know!! Why the do u have all my credentials n I brought in a copy of my I'd and my bank statement. Y wud I not be the person I'm saying I am!
