Today I called the Cell C customer service number and spoke to Larissa as the contract fee was not deducted from my bank account. Larissa indicated that my account is in arrears and that the bank account was closed. I am furious as i've had this problem before with a previous contract. When I applied for the contract I brought in my bank statement, payslip and id therefore my correct banking details were available. Ive had enough of cell c and its pathetic service, i don't understand why payment is not been received when i've given all the required information. I want this contract cancelled and I will return the phone and make no additional payment as Cell C is just pathetic! Id rather go elsewhere!
