I want to take some time to report on the excellent service which I have been receiving over an extended period of time from Rudi at the Brackenfell Post Office.
He is always friendly, extremely helpful and patient, and will go to great lengths to explain my sometimes silly questions and to supply me with the service and information I need.
Well done, Rudi really do deserve an accolade for his continued high level of effeciency!
