Data is not charged at 15c after bundle used

Dear Sir/Madam

I refer to the sms I received monthly when my data bundle has been used up. The sms is clear that any further usage will be billed at 15c. This however is not the case and your marketing as well as your sms notification are misleading and unlawful.
Kindly note that I expect a full refund dating back to the inception of my contract within 7 days.
Failure to do so will result in that we will instruct out attorneys to issue summons against you. I will also alert the media that I deal with to your wrongful business practise. Accordingly I would suggest you treat this matter with urgency.
