I have to say that for once I am writing to Peter to complement for the service that I have received at MTN Woodmead, about a month ago I went to MTN Centurion to apply for a 2GB modem contract which this other sales person said he will call me after my contract has been approved but he did not call so I went back again to the stores to find out what was the glitch and the guy who helped me was not in so I was help by Danny, Danny promised me he will call with a feedback but also did not call, so I went to MTN Woodmead to open the same account and from day one Sumeya Ramchuran promised me that she will make sure that the application goes through, I doubted at first since my experience with MTN centurion, it was a very long wait until the contract was approved because I had a dispute with Experian since the is someone opening accounts with my ID but Sumeya went all out and did what she can to make me happy as a customer, I really wish that SA can have sales people like her who takes care of customers since its good for business, so with Sumeya i have received the best service and I wish MTN can recognise her as one of the best SA can produce, she was so friendly and professional.
