Katlego could not answer my queries about a contract that is coming to an end. He also could not get help from a team leader because one was not available, so he said I should call back in 15 minutes. I don't have time to call back!! I have a small window of time to attend to personal admin and expect call center staff to be clued up on basic stuff. I asked for his team leader to call me back and he said they don't make outgoing calls. So in short, I call in, don't get the info I need from someone that should know the answers to my questions then I've got to call back instead of someone calling me back... I'm used to this from Vodacom...
