14th August I logged a call with CELL-C call centre regarding very little (slow) or sometimes no connectivity. The ref#3081400961 was given to me by a Ms. Malehasa who promised a return call from someone that will assist. It is mid September (1month) since this call and still no reply. What is the use of paying high monthly cellphone bills if you can hardly make use of the bare necessities they promise on promotional advertising. I am tired of the wait and the network. Every South African should be given what the pay for. I truly hope that now I will be taken seriously.
