I sent an urgent email on Monday 9th Sept and have had no feedback whatsoever. It is now 4 days later.. why are your response times so poor?? Terrible service

Very bad service from lipco law for all,i opened a case with them on 11/12/2023 till today all they said was to apologize and promised to get back to me which they never did whenever i call them still ...
