Misinformation when purchasing

I bought 4 separate 'digital pinless recharge vouchers' for my ipad and my mobile usb dongle on the 13th of July 2013.
My most important criteria in purchasing was that there was NO expiry date on them.
The assistant ensured me that this was so and that I would only need to buy more data when I had finished the data I currently had.
I accepted and bought the vouchers.
They have since expired...
8ta does not answer their phones which is why this is my last resort.
I need my money back asap.
