I signed up for a cell c cellphone package and made it clear to the agent involved that I wanted a top up contract. My phone was delivered last week firstly with the wrong sim card that does not fit in my phone. I had to go to a branch to get assistance instead of enduring the inconvenience of taking it back so another could be delivered
The day I received the phone I called I was suprised to hear that im not on a top up contract but a straight up 200- I made it clear that I do not want this option as when your data/minutes are used up, you cant even recharge your phone!!!
Till this day I do not have clear answers on when this matter could be solved and I am sitting with a phone that I can not use anything else for but sms and receive calls since its a straight up 200!!!
I have had to call almost on a daily basis to follow up and I have just been told the matter is still open, listening to recordings etc! Fact is, Im still sitting with a problem of not being able to use my phone
As suggested I would rather cancel the contract if this is the service customers get- I have really been inconvenienced
