I am a moonbase player and my complaint is thus directed at the admin dept for the game who dont respond to queries from players that are ranked below 50. we are unfairly judged and the dept has no care about anyone but the top players. the lower ranks are getting sick of this. I cannot upgrade half of my base due to my account being registered as a facebook account. I play though mxit! I cannot even buy mgold as it tells me i need facebook credits to do so. My fiancee has a similar problem as of friday. He baught mgold through the mxit moola option to the value of 5k mgold. thats R50 in airtime which he did not even receive. we have both emailed to the admin support moonbase team with no response at all and it is now monday. Were we higher ranked players, the response wouldve been instantanious as per previous experiance. Moonbase is now giving the mxit team a bad name due to lack of care and customer service. Emailing the admin team wont help if we could phone them and log complaints we would. this needs to be sorted out and fast before the admin team is bombarded with emails from not just me but every lower ranked player who is too scared to say anything for fear of being wiped.
