I've posted a complaint (at least 3rd/4th time in as many weeks) on the Cell C Facebook page and on Twitter.
I can still say Cell C's costumer care is some of the worst I've ever experienced.
I live in the middle of JHB and according to the Cell C website we supposed to have some of the best cellphone coverage in the country. I struggle to make or receive calls. I also find in very difficult to access the internet via my phone (Samsung S4).
I'm paying for a service which is actually non existent...
