I have been having serious issues with Cell C over the past few months. Everything has been an uphill battle. Upgrading took me an hour on the phone, only to be passed from person to person. I was not informed of the costs of data in the period between contracts and now owe a large amount but have unused data bundles! Staff at the call center do not explain anything and any information changes don't reflect on the system after you spend ages communicating with agents. Enraged
