After a brief improvement over last couple a weeks yet again Cell C data service is gone into unmanageable. It takes an effort to connect in the first place and even when "connected" one is experiencing email download speeds that are not even matching those from ten years ago when we used just an ordinary analog Telkom lines. Even to file this report is a serious effort.
