After my previous report i was contacted by Busisiwe Bilakazi to fill a network template and send back to her. after having filled the template, she got back to me saying that they would be in touch. To date, i have sent 6 emails to her with out 1 response from this sorry woman or any other sorry individual from this most reputable company. I want justice served on my behalf and if i cannot get it internally i will proceed with engaging with the CPA. I want senior management to contact me not some half inexperienced "customer superstar" LOLOLOLOL. i will use every avenue and resource available to highlight my plight and that of others through all media channels. I am also going to engage legal to recover my losses as of today due to the lack of my incoming call facility. PATHETIC! 079 296 5179
