STOP FROM CUSTOMERS!!!

I purchased an Ipad about 3 months ago, i did this because they had a promotion of R369 per month. before i signed for the ipad i had asked them maybe 100 times if this would be the only amount i am going to pay to which i was told yes. A blatant of course. I got my bill and was charged an additonal amount for some stupid service that identifies cell phone numbers that i did not sign up for, i never agreed to pay this amount but i was billed for it. i do not use my ipad as a phone that is why i have a cellphone so what makes it okay for 8ta to from me because the last time i heard taking something from someone without there permission constitues .i phoned the call centre who could not give a rats because you employ people with a grade1 who has zero people skills which has just agitated me even further. i want to know who gave 8ta permission to deduct more than R369 and take my money without my permission.this is utter rubbish and i regret ever become a customer of 8ta.my other issue is that i asked for my statements to be emailed and when i phoned the ccare they had my incorrect details.8ta is so quick to take your money but does not give a about clients!
