Referring to case reference provided - this was supposed to be finalised and not traceable - can someone please explain to me WHY my bank has picked up the judgement on my maiden name??? On 08 June 2012 I received an e-mail from Beth-Maree Leen (Coombe & Associates) confirming that ITC had removed the judgement against my name and it was delisted. It is still traceable and affecting my life in such a way that we cannot obtain a bond to purchase a home. Due to the incompetence of the person/s handling this case my life has been absolute!!!
It is absolutely ridiculous how long this has been going on. I expect this matter to be sorted out immediately and confirmation forwarded before noon on 08/01/14 that my name is cleared and there is NO TRACE of this judgement other wise, as mentioned in my e-mail on 19 April 2012 to Hansie Steyn (Bridge Law / Bridge Wealth?), I will take this matter further and go ahead with a lawsuit against Coombe & Associates Attorneys Inc. or what ever Incorporated they might be now.
