My debit order gone of and now my phone (s) is disconnected. I have sent the statement to Craig which passed it on to the relative department. Which perhaps might take 3-4 business days. UNACCEPTABLE IF MY ACCOUNT HAS BEEN PAID IN THE FIRST TIME!!! The signal quality is so poor i can't hear on both my contracts with you incoming calls, The call breaks up and then the call ends by it self. On both contact numbers. I want this matter solved today. I will open a case at OMBUDSMAN FOR POOR SERVICE after a payment has been - received. 0714502000 / and 0823414573 I left vodacom to (a so called better service provider 8 ta - telkom mobile.) Never received such poor service.
