Cancelled GET IT in writing - got billed august

I cancelled the CELL C SERVICE GET IT in writing, have several emails I sent - amounting to over 5 yet no response on my refund. Once you send me someone to deal with my refund I will send you the proof since no one is helping me and this includes Mr. Arashaad Thompson.

My bill is always R150 now it was R228 or so on my last debit.
