Extremely high billing and incompetent staff

Sometimes in july 2013 I purchased a laptop from your company under the thought that It was a great deal at a rate of only R250 p/m. To my surprise the very first month I was billed R1700 an I have asked for ans ever since that very first day and still no answer how and why it came to that because I was told that it would not exceed the amount as per the agreed contract. To date I have no conclusive answer to this. Then the d/o was supposed to be for month end and these debited on the 15th of every month since then. Now I find myself and my account in a bad situation and found myself stranded with cash because of your stupidity. It did not end there I first paid the R500.00 cash as per their request, then I was once again billed in the middle of the month for this rubbish only to find an incompetent agent telling me that I did not pay this amount after the had debited the money. Today I went to the offices in randburg and still no conclusive ans. why am paying so much for something that should only cost R250.00 pm. I haven't used your services but for 1 day last month and the next thing I am blocked from using the service and once again. I want answers.
