EXTREMELY BAD SERVICE

Staff are untrained and wrong information passed on.
Not informed of charges that would be applied.
Sim cancelled without being informed.
Staff pass the buck and got cut off several times.
Greenstone Staff absolutely no knowledge of what they are talking about and again did not inform ourselves correctly
Cannot get hold of a supervisor in charge AT ALL. on 082 1942 or 082 1950
