It's been 3 weeks now and FNB are unable to complete simple requests.
To recap since 6th June:
1. FNB put me under debt review by their mistake - Took 3 days (done)
2. FNB write an apology letter stating it was their mistake - Took 5 days (done)
3. FNB to fix my online profile - Still waiting since 7th June. (waiting)
4. FNB has a table order ready - No one ordered it or authorized it!
Its now 27 June 3 weeks later and FNB continues with its inability to help. I have logged calls with customer care, premier banking and this is already the 3rd hello peter on this matter.
I have not received any feedback on my complaint number: RD13062430711
In fact all I ever get is "we are on it" without actual satisfaction.
Should I come and do this myself at your offices? I am quite capable to actually complete simple tasks.
Now we are at this stage: I will keep on logging complaints, I will keep on making new hello peters till you guys actually realise there is something to be done about it.
FNB: How may we fail you!
