MTN was notified in January 2013, of my condition. I was diagnosed in November 2013 with Cancer and loss my job in December 2012. My daughter received a call from MTN on the 29th August 2013 requesting payment from her for my account. My daughter informed them that she is currently the sole supporter of the household and she was not receiving maintenance from her ex husband. She provides a roof over my head, food clothing and all medical expenses I may need. So please explain how is she also to cover all my debt. It is also unacceptable for the collection agent to state the following - When she took out this account she was not sick. No she was not sick at the time and no one in their right mind wants to loose their job or have cancer.
